ASSET MANAGERS LIKE BLACKROCK CAN USE THEIR SHAREHOLDER VOTES TO FORCE COMPANIES TO ACT ON CLIMATE, STARTING WITH VOTING FORMER EXXON CEO LEE RAYMOND OFF THE BOARD OF JPMORGAN CHASE.

THE CLIMATE EMERGENCY IS STILL HERE.
 THE BIGGEST INVESTORS CAN HELP.

Giant investors like BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street own significant shares in almost every company that is making the climate crisis worse. They have the power to force change inside these companies by voting for shareholder resolutions on climate, yet they rarely use this power for good. Now, more than ever, resolutions addressing the climate crisis need to pass. Without the votes of these "Big 3" investors, they almost certainly won't. That's where we come in.

WHO IS LEE RAYMOND AND WHY MUST HE GO?

  • Former CEO of Exxon Mobil

  • Former board American Petroleum Institute, the top big oil lobby

  • Vocal climate change denier

  • On board of JPMorgan Chase for 33 years

  • JPMorgan Chase has poured $268 Billion into fossil fuels since the 2016 Paris Climate Agreement, more than any other bank

Lee Raymond is a key architect climate denial.

He may be the most important man in finance

standing in the way of climate action today.

 YOU CAN HELP CHANGE THIS
 BY TAKING ACTION NOW

FIRST: CALL BLACKROCK NOW

BlackRock has pledged to vote for the climate, but they need to vote climate denier Lee Raymond off of JP Morgan Chase's board.

THEN: CALL VANGUARD & STATE STREET

The second and third biggest asset managers are vulnerable to public pressure. Their votes can help make the difference.

THEN: SEND
THEM LETTERS

Many of us have extra time to help right now. Why not bombard them with letters that they can't ignore?
